A Rocha UK is organising a monthly event at the Minet Country Park in Springfield Road, Hayes. Held on Saturday the events include walks, craft activities and kite flying. More details can be found on the A Rocha website.
Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June is our Flower Festival Weekend. Come along and join us for the last event to be held before the rebuilding work starts on our worship area. Along with the floral and craft displays there will be refreshments available on the Saturday and stalls selling other goods. The church will be open from 10am to 5.30pm on Saturday and during worship times on Sunday. All proceeds from the event will go to our Worship Project Fund.
As mentioned above, Sunday 8th June will be the final services before work starts on upgrading our worship area over the summer. The morning service will be led by an old friend of Hayes End, Rev. Ron Smith. After the service there will be a meal and then Ron will lead a concluding service of Communion in the church. All are welcome to join us for this special day as we look forward to September when the church will re-open for our harvest celebrations. Please note that services will take place in the church hall at the rear of the building whilst building work takes place over the summer.
