Our Vision Statement

Hayes End Methodist Church seeks to be the home of the family of Christ, where all from the youngest to the oldest, regardless of colour or status, are welcomed, accepted and supported.

This Church exists to :

• increase awareness of God’s presence and to celebrate God’s love

• help people to grow and learn as Christians through mutual support and care

• to be a good neighbour to people in need and to challenge injustice

• to make more followers of Jesus Christ

In particular we seek to encourage increasing participation in worship, constantly to present the challenge of the Gospel to enable everyone to respond in their daily life; to help people identify how best they may be of service in the community, and offer acceptance and support to all those we come into contact with inside and outside our church building.

In addition, we seek to ensure our premises are maintained in good order, to be welcoming and with equal access for all and we aim to safeguard God’s creation for future generations.
